Training
How many times you trained, as workouts each month, with your hours, the days you trained and your busiest week.
Fullday Wrapped · free
Your year in chapters, one card at a time. Connect Apple Health on first open and the nights and runs already saved there are in it, so a brand-new Fullday has your 2026 to tell.
Free · this year's opens on 1 December, a past year's any time

From Apple Health
Fullday reads more than a year of sleep and workouts back from Apple Health, on your phone. Whatever your watch, ring or other apps saved there becomes chapters.
The nights in Apple Health, each scored, with your average, your best night and your usual bedtime.
From Apple Watch or any app that saves them to Apple Health: the distance, month by month, and your fastest efforts where the routes are there.
Sets aren't kept in Apple Health, so the training and strength chapters count what you log in Fullday, or bring from your old workout log's export.
Nothing to sign in to. Bring the rest of your history

Each card has one headline, one chart, a line under it and up to three numbers. A chapter only appears when there's something behind it.
How many times you trained, as workouts each month, with your hours, the days you trained and your busiest week.
The lift that went up most, its estimated one-rep max month by month. Or your top lift, or the muscle that got the most work.
The distance, month by month, and up to three of the year's fastest efforts, from the mile to the marathon or 10 to 100 km on the bike.
A mark for every night, coloured by its sleep score, with your best night, your longest run of 7-hour nights and your usual bedtime.
Your best run of weeks with a workout, each week a mark. Workouts other apps saved to Apple Health keep it going.
The sessions of your running or riding plan you did this year, out of those due so far.
Your most-logged food, the days you logged and the days you hit your protein target. Only after 7 days of logging.
How many products you scanned, split by product score, and how many scored good or better. Only after 10 scans.
It all in one line: workouts, distance and nights, "a year of showing up" after 50 workouts.
Wrapped never shows your weight, drinks or cycle data. Sleep scores and one-rep maxes are estimates for general wellness, not medical advice.
Your 2026 Wrapped opens on 1 December, for the year so far. If you allow notifications, that morning brings "Your 2026 Wrapped is here". A year that's over can be played any time.
Progress → Recaps → the year → Play your 2026 Wrapped.
Wrapped is put together on your device when you open it, from what's already there. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing leaves until you share a card yourself.
Weekly and monthly recaps are free too; how each compares with the one before is Pro.
Yes. Wrapped, the weekly and monthly recaps and sharing them are free, with no account. Fullday Pro adds recap insights: each number against the stretch before, and what to focus on next.
Not if Apple Health has your year. Fullday reads more than a year of nights and workouts from Apple Health, so the sleep chapter and your runs, rides, walks and hikes are there on the first day. Lifting comes from what you log in Fullday or import from your old workout log's export file.
From 1 December 2026, for the year so far. Open Progress, then Recaps, choose 2026 and tap Play your 2026 Wrapped. Past years with data can be played any time.
One chapter: its headline, chart and numbers, under "My 2026". Never your name, heart rate, weight, drinks or cycle data. Share it as a story, a square or a see-through sticker.
Yes. Fullday for Android has the same chapters and the same three share formats, with your nights and workouts from Health Connect in place of Apple Health.

Coming to the App Store this December. Wrapped and the recaps are free.
