Questions and answers

When can I get Fullday?

Fullday is coming to the App Store this December, for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. An Android version is planned for Google Play. The website will link to the stores as soon as you can pre-order.

What does Fullday Pro cost?

$59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, $9.99 a month, or $149.99 once. The App Store shows the price in your own currency. Apple handles payment, the trial and cancellation; we never see your payment details. See what's free and what's Pro.

What's free?

Your Recovery, Strain and Sleep scores, GPS recording on iPhone and Apple Watch, barcode scanning and the product score, the food log, strength logging with up to 3 routines, the sleep tracker with smart wake and bedside tools, challenges, recaps, Fullday Wrapped, the watch app, widgets and Siri. There's no time limit.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Fullday works on iPhone alone: log training and food, record runs with GPS, and track sleep with Going to Bed and I'm Awake. An Apple Watch adds overnight heart rate and HRV for Recovery, sleep stages, smart wake, and recording without your phone.

I use a different watch. Will it work?

If your watch's app saves workouts to Apple Health, its runs, rides, walks and hikes come into Fullday with their routes. Fullday doesn't connect to other watches directly.

Can I bring my history from another app?

Yes, free. Fullday reads the export files from Strong, Hevy and MyFitnessPal, and a Strava archive, on your phone. Nothing is uploaded. Find it under Me → Your data → Import from another app.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no account to create and no email to give. Your log lives on your devices; with Pro it syncs through your own private iCloud database. See our privacy promise for what goes online, and why.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, and Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later (Series 6 or later, SE 2nd generation, and every Ultra). Versions for Mac and Apple Vision Pro are planned for later.

Does the AI see my health data?

Only if you ask your coach a question, and only after it has shown you the 14-day summary it would send and you've agreed. Meal photos go with no health data at all. Nothing is sent unless you tap to send it, and Fullday's server keeps none of it. How the AI works.

Is Fullday medical advice?

No. Fullday is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose anything. Its scores and tips are for general wellness, and every tip names the guideline or study it comes from. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.

How do I cancel?

In your Apple Account: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fullday Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal or before the free trial ends. Lifetime is a single purchase with nothing to cancel.

Purchases and subscriptions

Get Pro back on a new device

Sign in with the Apple Account you bought Fullday Pro with, open the Me tab and tap Restore purchases on the Fullday Pro card. One Pro purchase works on all your Apple devices that run Fullday.

Cancel a subscription

Apple bills and cancels subscriptions. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Fullday Pro. In the app, Me → Fullday Pro → Manage subscription takes you to the same place, or manage your subscriptions on the web. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal, or before the 7-day free trial ends, to avoid the next charge. Lifetime is a single purchase with nothing to cancel.

Ask for a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apple Health

Numbers missing from Today

Recovery, Strain and Sleep are worked out from what Apple Health holds: Apple Watch's sleep stages, overnight HRV, resting heart rate and steps. Reading Apple Health is free. Without a watch, Recovery leans on the sleep you log and says its reading is limited.

Runs and rides from another watch

If your watch's own app saves workouts to Apple Health, Fullday shows its runs, rides, walks and hikes with their routes. Allow Fullday to read Workouts and Workout Routes (below).

Change what Fullday can read or write

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Fullday. You choose each type.

Your data

Export

Me → Your data → Export to CSV creates files of your workouts, food, water, body and sleep that you can save or share (Fullday Pro).

Sync

With Fullday Pro, your log syncs through your own private iCloud database, which only you can read. Your routes, your cycle log, and a workout's heart rate and calories never go to iCloud; they stay on your devices (and in Apple Health, where Fullday saves them there). If you turn on Sync periods with Apple Health, your period days are also saved to Apple Health.

Delete

Delete it in the app, or delete the app. To remove the iCloud copy, go to Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. Deleting a workout, food or measurement in Fullday also deletes the copy it saved to Apple Health; anything else Fullday wrote there — and everything once you delete the app — stays in Apple Health until you delete it in the Health app.

Alarms and notifications

Wake alarms that ring like the Clock app — through silent mode and Focus — need iOS 26. On iOS 17 to 25 the wake alarm is a time-sensitive notification with sound. Control Center controls (Start Wind-Down, Log Water) need iOS 18.

Health worries

Fullday is not a medical device and can't give medical advice. If something in your scores or your cycle log worries you, talk to a doctor.
