Fullday's Today screen: Good afternoon, Jordan. Readiness 91% Recovery, Recovered, with its sourced line; Strain 5.7, aim 14–18; Sleep 92; today's plan, Intervals; and Your day as a ring.
The rest timer on the Lock Screen: 1:18 left, next set 187.5 lb × 8 on the bench press, with −15, +15 and Log set 2.

The problem

Five apps for one day.

A lifting log, a running app, a food tracker, a sleep app and something for recovery. Each one knows a slice of your day, none of them talk to each other, and none of them can tell you what this morning is for.

  1. Liftingsets and reps
  2. Runningroutes and pace
  3. Foodmeals and labels
  4. Sleeplast night
  5. RecoveryHRV and heart rate

Fullday puts all five in one place, on one ring of the day, and reads them together.

One morning answer

One look tells you what today is for.

Fullday reads your night, your heart and your training, then gives you one answer: take it easy, steady, or push. Your plan, your meals and your sleep sit on a single ring of the day.

  • Readiness

Recovery, Strain and Sleep at a glance, worked out from Apple Health against your own normal. Free.

  • Your day

A 24-hour ring with last night's sleep, every meal and workout, the plan ahead, and the sun at now.

  • Today's plan

The session that fits this morning, at the time you usually start.

Recovered

HRV is 20% above your normal. A good day to push. Plews 2013 · HRV trends
Your day as a 24-hour ring, midnight at the top: slept 10:35 PM to 6:52 AM, meals at 7:30 AM, 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM, intervals planned at 4:45 PM, and the sun at 4:36 PM, now. 12 AM 6 AM 12 PM 6 PM 4:36 now

The Recovery screen: a ring at 91%, Recovered, and the call: a good day to push, with its source.

AI and tech

Smart on your phone. AI when you ask.

Most of what Fullday works out happens on your iPhone and Apple Watch, with Apple's own frameworks. Two features use Claude by Anthropic, and only when you choose to send something.

  • AI meal-photo estimates

Snap your plate. Each food and drink comes back with a portion, calories and macros, including the oil and sauce you can't see. You check every amount before it's logged.

  • Ask your coach PRO

Ask about your sleep, food, training and recovery. Answers name their sources, say how strong the evidence is, and tell you when something needs a doctor.

  • On the device

Barcode scanning, label reading, voice logging, smart wake and snoring detection all run on your iPhone or Apple Watch.

How the AI and the on-device tech work

An example AI meal estimate: grilled chicken breast 248 kcal, white rice 208 kcal, steamed broccoli 32 kcal, teriyaki sauce 32 kcal marked Check, sparkling water; Log 5 items, 520 kcal.
An example coach answer to How did my last two weeks go?: average sleep against the 7 to 9 hours adults need, one change to try, and its sources, CDC and AASM.

Everything in one app

Train, run, eat, sleep. Together.

Six parts that share one history, so each one knows what the others saw. Most of it is free.

Challenges and Wrapped

Your month, a challenge. Your year, wrapped.

Monthly challenges fill themselves in from what you already log. At the end of the year, Fullday Wrapped tells your story in chapters you can share, as a story or a square. It says "MY 2026", never your name, and leaves out weight and cycle data. All free.

Fullday Wrapped, chapter 1, Training: You trained 41 times, with workouts each month as bars, 39 hours of training and 38 days trained.

Apple Watch

Leave the phone at home.

Your morning scores are worked out on the watch. Lift, run and ride with the phone left behind, and say what you ate. Smart wake rouses you when you're already stirring. Free, with watchOS 11 or later.

Apple Watch, widgets and Siri

Fullday on Apple Watch: Recovery 91% in a thin ring, Green zone, a good day to push, and Aim for strain 14–18. A strength set on Apple Watch: Bench Press, set 2 of 3, 185 lb for 8 reps, and the Log Set button.

Privacy

No account. No ads. No tracking.

Your log stays yours

It lives on your devices. With Pro it syncs through your own private iCloud database, which only you can read. No analytics, no ad networks, no third-party SDKs.

Health data stays out of iCloud

Fullday never puts what it reads from Apple Health, your routes or your cycle log in iCloud. Health data is never sold and never used for advertising.

What goes online, named

Food lookups, Apple Maps directions for the route builder, and Apple's speech service when your phone can't do it alone. Meal photos and coach questions go to Claude only when you send them; Fullday's server keeps neither.

Questions

Good to know.

When can I get Fullday?

Fullday is coming to the App Store this December, for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. This page will link to the App Store as soon as you can pre-order it.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no account to create and no email to give. Your log lives on your devices; with Pro it syncs through your own private iCloud database. Here's what goes online, and why.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Fullday works on iPhone alone: log training and food, record runs with GPS, and track sleep with Going to Bed and I'm Awake. An Apple Watch adds overnight heart rate and HRV for Recovery, sleep stages, smart wake, and recording without your phone.

What's free?

Your Recovery, Strain and Sleep scores, GPS recording on iPhone and Apple Watch, barcode scanning and the product score, the food log, strength logging with up to 3 routines, the sleep tracker with smart wake and bedside tools, challenges, recaps, Fullday Wrapped, the watch app, widgets and Siri. There's no time limit. See the full list.

Is Fullday medical advice?

No. Fullday is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose anything. Its scores and tips are for general wellness, and every tip names the guideline or study it comes from. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.
