A scanned plain nonfat Greek yogurt scores 82 out of 100, Excellent: Nutrition grade A, no flagged additives, no ultra-processing markers.
A search for chipotle chicken: Chipotle's own menu at the top, then chicken dishes from several restaurant chains with their calories.

The product score

A score out of 100, with its reasons.

Every scanned product gets a score built from three parts, and better-scoring swaps from the same aisle. It's our method, not a health authority's, and scanning and the score are free.

60

Nutrition grade

Up to 60 points, from the nutrients on the label.

30

Additives

Up to 30 points. Each flagged additive shows its official status, with the authority's own words, the source and the date.

10

Organic

10 points for certified organic products.

  • Calories that can't be right

A database entry claiming more calories than pure fat could hold, or macros that don't add up, is caught before it reaches your day. Provable slips are corrected.

  • Food alerts PRO

Tell Fullday what to watch for, such as milk, gluten, palm oil or your own words, and scanned products are checked for it.

Logging

Any food, fast.

The foods are on your phone, so search is quick even with no signal. Type a restaurant chain and its own menu opens, sizes and all.

  • Say what you ate

Voice logging on iPhone and on Apple Watch. Speech is recognised on the phone whenever it can be.

  • Water and drinks

Log a glass in one tap, from the app, a widget or Siri.

  • Reads nutrition labels PRO

Point the camera at a Nutrition Facts panel and Apple's text recognition reads it on the phone.

Log by voice: two scrambled eggs, a slice of toast and a coffee with milk, recognised on the iPhone, becomes four foods to log, 411 kcal.

AI meal photos

Snap your plate.

Take a photo of your meal and Claude by Anthropic estimates each food and drink with a portion, calories and macros, including the oil and sauce you can't see. Anything it's unsure of is marked Check, and you confirm every amount before it's logged.

  • 3 free estimates a week

Without Pro, on iPhones that can prove the request comes from the real app. With Pro, up to 5 a day and 60 a month.

  • Only the photo goes out

No name, no account, no health data. Fullday's server keeps no copy; Anthropic uses the photo only to answer and deletes it after a limited time.

Estimates are estimates: check them against what you know you ate. More about the AI.

An example AI meal estimate: grilled chicken breast 248 kcal, white rice 208 kcal, steamed broccoli 32 kcal, teriyaki sauce 32 kcal marked Check, sparkling water; Log 5 items, 520 kcal.

Fuelling for training PRO

Eat for the session ahead.

Before, during and after long or hard sessions, Fullday gives carb and fluid ranges taken from sports-nutrition position stands, with a sweat-rate check and reminders. For under-18s it keeps to "drink to thirst and eat normally".

Fuelling for today's 16 km long run: carbohydrate ranges before, during and after, with their sources, the ACSM, AND and DC position statement and the ISSN position stand.

Know what's in your food.

Fullday is coming to the App Store this December. The food log, scanning and the product score are free.
