Our privacy promise

No account. No ads. No tracking.

This is the plain-words version. The full privacy policy is the one that counts, and it says the same things in more detail.

What we promise

  1. No account, ever

You don't sign up, and you don't give us an email address or a password. Fullday doesn't know who you are, so there's no profile of you anywhere for anyone to lose, sell or leak.

  2. No ads, no tracking, no analytics

There are no ad networks, no analytics and no third-party SDKs in the app. Nothing follows you across apps or websites. Health data is never sold and never used for advertising.

  3. Your log lives on your devices

Workouts, meals, sleep, check-ins and everything else you log are stored on your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. With Pro, they sync through your own private iCloud database, which only you can read.

  4. Your health data stays out of iCloud

What Fullday reads from Apple Health, your routes and your cycle log never go to iCloud. They stay on your devices, and in Apple Health where Fullday saves them there. Snoring clips, if you turn them on, stay on your phone for 7 days and are then deleted.

  5. You can take it with you, or delete it

Export your log as CSV files with Pro. Delete anything in the app, or delete the app. Deleting a workout, food or measurement in Fullday also deletes the copy it saved to Apple Health.

What goes online, and why

Some things need the internet. Here's every one.

So we never say "nothing leaves your phone". These are the times something does, and what goes.

What Fullday sends online, to whom and why
WhenWhat goes, and to whomWhy
You search online or scan a barcodeThe search words or the barcode number, to Open Food FactsTo find products the built-in lists don't have
You scan a supplement's barcodeThe barcode number, to the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements' label database and Open Food FactsTo find the supplement's label
You speak to log food and your phone can't recognise speech on its ownThe recording, to Apple's speech serviceTo turn your words into text
You draw a route (Pro), or look at a map in the appThe points you placed, and the area shown, to Apple MapsTo snap the route to roads and paths, and to draw the map
You have Pro and iCloud sync is onYour log, to your own private iCloud databaseTo keep your devices in step
You buy or restore ProThe purchase, handled by the App StoreTo pay and to check what you've bought
You tap Estimate with AI on a meal photoThat one photo, through Fullday's server to Claude by Anthropic. With Pro, a check of your purchase goes with it; without Pro, an anonymous Apple App Attest proof for this installTo estimate the meal. Fullday's server keeps no copy; Anthropic uses it only to answer and deletes it after a limited time
You ask your coach a question (Pro)Your question and the 14-day summary it showed you first (never cycle data), through Fullday's server to ClaudeTo answer you. The server stores nothing, and chats are never saved or synced

Free AI estimates are counted against a one-way code made from that anonymous proof, not against you. The privacy policy lists every case in full, including services that aren't switched on yet.

And this website

No cookies. No analytics.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Its typeface, Manrope, is served by Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for it when a page loads.

If we start a mailing list for launch news, signing up will be your choice, the form will say which service holds your address, and we'll use it only to tell you about Fullday.
