Route builder PRO

Draw a route. Follow it.

Running and riding plans PRO

A plan that reads your night.

Nine plans: 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon, each at two levels, and a cycling base. Each morning's session is fitted to your recovery, last night's sleep and yesterday's strain, with the reason in one sourced sentence. The original session is always one tap away.

Recovery is 84% and a good night (sleep 88) — and you're fresh, a good day for it — do it as planned. Kiviniemi et al., Eur J Appl Physiol 2007 (HRV-guided training)

The catalogue and every plan's first week are free.

The plan catalogue: Plans that read your night. 5K and 10K plans at Beginner and Intermediate, with their weeks and days a week.
A 10K plan session, Intervals: 47 minutes, about 4.9 miles, starts 12:15 PM, this morning's sourced line, and the session's shape as effort bars.
