About Fullday
In one sentence
Fullday puts strength training, runs and rides, food, sleep and recovery in one app for iPhone and Apple Watch, with coaching that names its sources, and no account, no ads and no tracking.
In a paragraph
Most people track one day across five apps: one for lifting, one for running, one for food, one for sleep and one for recovery. Fullday brings them together and reads them together. Each morning it turns last night's sleep, your overnight heart-rate variability and yesterday's training into one answer for the day, and every coaching line names the guideline or study behind it. Strength logging, GPS recording on iPhone and Apple Watch, barcode scanning with a product score, the sleep score and smart wake are free. Fullday Pro adds recovery coaching, running and riding plans, a route builder, fuelling, snoring detection and AI features with Claude by Anthropic. There's no account to create: your log lives on your devices.

Good to know when writing
- Fullday is one word, with a capital F. The paid upgrade is Fullday Pro.
- It isn't on the App Store yet; release is planned for December 2026.
- Fullday is a wellness app, not a medical device, and doesn't diagnose anything.
- Apple Watch, iPhone and the other Apple names are Apple's trademarks; Fullday isn't made or endorsed by Apple.
